Bringing 3D and 2D closer together

Continuing to develop the annotation experience in Sensor Fusion workloads, certain settings have been made accessible from Point Cloud and Video sources.

What's changing

The View Settings panel is being expanded to include Point Cloud, Shape, and Image Settings from every asset source in a sensor fusion workspace.

These settings are unchanged from their previous behavior, and are simply more accessible across all scenes.
