If you used the create a batch of tasks endpoint without passing an array of tasks to create, you can use this endpoint to kick off creation of the tasks once you have uploaded the tasks file.
If you use this endpoint to create your batch from a tasks file there is no limit of 1,000 tasks for a single batch, you can create batches with any number of tasks.
The individual tasks have the same format as the tasks of the create a batch of tasks endpoint, including optional reserve_for and priority fields.
